Early Morning Open Up

We plow entries, exits, and all open space in the parking lot early in the morning so that residents can leave for work in the morning.

We shovel, snowblow, and apply traction salt to pathways, sidewalks, and entries.​​

Snow Hauling

When snow storage piles are maxed out we move snow from the premises to a dump site just outside town.

Heat Cable Installation

We can install heat cables around a roof’s perimeter to prevent ice dams and maintain gutter flow.

Detailed Plow

Later in the morning, when residents have left the parking lot, we provide a full detailed plow, clearing all the spaces that were occupied by cars in the early morning.

Traction Sand and Salt

Sand or salt is applied as necessary to provide traction and prevent icy hardpack snow from forming on the parking lot.

Roof Shoveling

Full and partial snow removal offered to decrease roof load and prevent roof slides.
